Apple Apart

This distillate is made from hand-picked Jacob Lebel apples from Bielefeld, Germany. This is an old apple variety that is now only found on old, high-stem trees that are less suitable for commercial apple harvesting. They were picked in October 2024, subsequently fermented for over four weeks, and distilled twice: a rough distillation and a fine distillation. The result is a deliciously fragrant apple distillate with an alcohol percentage of 42%.
