Collection: Liqueurs
We produce distillates and liqueurs. The difference lies in the production process and the ingredients. A distillate is a pure, strong spirit (often >35% alcohol) that comes directly from the still and derives its flavor from the fermentation of the raw materials from which it is made (fruit or grain). Technically, a liqueur is a "dressed-up" spirit: sugar and fruits or herbs are added to a previously distilled base alcohol distillate, which is then slowly macerated (infused).
