Collection: Distillates
We produce distillates and liqueurs. The difference lies in the production process and the ingredients. A distillate is a pure, strong alcoholic beverage (often >35% alcohol) that comes directly from the still and gets its flavour from the fermentation of the raw materials from which it is made (fruit or grain).
A liqueur is technically a "dressed up" spirit: sugar and fruits or herbs are added to a previously distilled base spirit, which then slowly macerates (infuses).
